When you submit our contact form or take the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message or responses. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide assessment results, and follow up about our services. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing email without consent.
Storage and retention
Enquiry data is retained while there is an active conversation or engagement, and removed on request. Email readyforai@i12ai.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Third parties
We use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email, fonts) to operate this site. These providers process technical data only as needed to deliver their service.
