Format and delivery
Sessions run on-site in Singapore or remotely, as half-day workshops, full-day intensives or multi-week programmes. Every programme is preceded by a short diagnostic so content matches your tools, your data sensitivity requirements and your team's starting level.
AI Training: common questions
Who should attend AI training?
Anyone whose work involves text, data or decisions. We run separate tracks for executives, managers and operational teams because each group needs different depth. Mixed-level cohorts work for awareness sessions but not for hands-on workflow training.
Do participants need a technical background?
No. The executive and operational tracks assume no technical background. The workflow sessions teach by doing, using the AI tools your organisation has approved. Technical deep-dives for engineering teams are available as a separate track.
Can training be combined with an implementation project?
Yes, and it is the most effective pattern. Teams trained during a build adopt the system faster and maintain it independently. We fold training into every implementation engagement and also deliver it standalone.
